Customer Support la NESS

Ness Romania cauta candidati pentru postul de Customer Support la Iasi. You’ll be part of the team of that offers on call and email support for e-learning solutions of one of our customer from North America. You’ll be trained and have to aid professionals whom are having difficulty accessing their accounts, experiencing technical difficulties, or have general questions.

You’ll contribute to the business and the team with:
- Be part of the team that helps our customers and prospects become better, more prepared persons by getting educated with our on-line e-learning solutions
- Advise our customers via phone and email to properly use our applications
- Run the applications, report bugs and problems
- Escalate/report problems that go over your level of solving responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Excellent English (US) skills both oral and written.
- Customer oriented person with good communication skills
- Nice voice, suitable for phone conversation/support, good diction;
- Good PC skills – Windows, MS Office – Knowledge of other OS is a plus;
- Available to work in a suitable timeframe that would match our client needs (possible nigh-shifts).
